Canada's public broadcaster, CBC, has made several significant announcements in recent months. It has appointed Ariel Yang as head of digital originals, which includes microdramas. Additionally, the CBC has published a special report analyzing the recent midterm elections in the United States. Furthermore, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation is negotiating with the German government for the acquisition of submarines, with initial orders for eight and potential future orders for an additional four. Defence analysts warn that reducing submarine commitments could impact Canada's influence with manufacturers.
